حساب طلب الأموال متصل بالخادم؛ دفتر المصروفات مستقل ومحلي على جهازك.

الحساب وطلبات الأموال

يتطلب قسم طلب الأموال حسابًا. يُحفظ الاسم والبريد ورقم الهاتف والصورة عند تقديمهما، وكلمة المرور المشفرة، والطلبات والمدفوعات والاسترجاعات والإشعارات في خادمنا. يُظهر رابط الطلب اسم صاحب الطلب والمبلغ وحالته لمن يملك الرابط. تحتفظ السجلات المالية بمراجع المزود لمنع التكرار والتحقق من الدفع. الرصيد يعبر عن التحصيل المؤكد، وليس إيداعًا بنكيًا أو رصيدًا قابلًا للتحويل بين الأشخاص.

البيانات والحفظ

تدخل سجلات دفتر المصروفات يدويًا، وتحفظ على جهازك بشكل مستقل عن حساب التحصيل ولا ترفع إلى خادمنا. جلسة حساب طلب الأموال تحفظ في التخزين الآمن للنظام. لا نستخدم إعلانات أو أدوات تحليل داخل التطبيق.

الدفع والبطاقات

يدير ماي فاتورة إدخال بيانات الدفع والتحقق البنكي. لا يمر رقم البطاقة الكامل أو رمز CVV عبر خادمنا، ولا نحفظ بطاقات في هذا الإصدار. نخزن مرجع العملية وطريقة الدفع والمبلغ وحالتها. يعود الاسترجاع إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية بعد تأكيد المزود، وقد يستغرق ظهوره وقتًا لدى البنك. الإشعارات داخل التطبيق. لا يُرفع دفتر جهات الاتصال.

التصدير والمشاركة

إذا اخترت تصدير PDF أو CSV، ينشئ التطبيق ملفات مؤقتة ويعرض قائمة المشاركة في جهازك. أنت تختار وجهتها، وتُحذف الملفات المؤقتة بعد انتهاء المشاركة. الكشوف للتوثيق وليست نسخ استعادة للتطبيق. قد تشمل نسخة جهازك الاحتياطية بيانات التطبيق وفق إعدادات نظام التشغيل.

الحذف والتواصل

يمكنك حذف سجلات المصروفات من إعدادات قسم المصروفات. حذف التطبيق قد يفقدك السجلات المحلية ولا يحذف الحساب أو قيوده المالية من الخادم. لطلب حذف حسابك أو بياناتك تواصل عبر support@kuwaitiking.com؛ قد يلزم الاحتفاظ بالقيود المالية والنسخ الاحتياطية لأغراض المطابقة والمتطلبات النظامية. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو بيانات بطاقتك إلى الدعم.

Account and money requests

Money requests require an account. Our server stores your name, email, phone and photo when supplied, a password hash, requests, verified payments, refunds and in-app notices. Anyone holding a shared request link can see the requester name, amount and status. Financial records retain provider references for verification and deduplication. The balance represents confirmed collections, not a bank deposit or person-to-person transferable balance.

Data and storage

Manual expense records stay on your device, separately from collections, and are not uploaded to our server. The money-request account session is kept in the operating system secure storage. We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs.

Payments and cards

MyFatoorah handles payment input and bank authentication. Full card numbers and CVV do not pass through our server, and this version does not save cards. We store transaction references, method, amount and status. Refunds return to the original payment instrument after provider confirmation; bank posting may take additional time. Notifications are in-app. Your address book is not uploaded.

Export and sharing

If you choose PDF or CSV export, the app creates temporary files and opens your device share sheet. You choose where to send them. Temporary files are removed after sharing. Statements are reports, not restorable app backups. Device backups may include app data depending on operating system settings.

Deletion and contact

Delete local expense records in expense settings. Uninstalling may erase local records and does not delete your server account or financial ledger. To request account or personal-data deletion, contact support@kuwaitiking.com. Financial records and backups may need retention for reconciliation and legal obligations. Do not send your password or card details to support.
